Terms of Service

Final sales. A break slot is a one-time chance to receive whatever cards are pulled into that slot during a scheduled live break. All sales are final once the break begins.

What you get. Whatever lands in your purchased slot ships to you. You do not select which cards you receive — the break format and randomization rules are described per-break before purchase.

Cancellation window. You may cancel a slot purchase up until the break stream begins. After the break starts, slots are non-refundable.

No-shows. If you cannot watch live, the break still happens at the scheduled time. We ship your cards regardless.

The Free Rip is a no-money virtual pack-opening game on this site. The cards shown are not real cards and have no monetary value. Pulls do not entitle you to any physical card.

The weekly leaderboard awards free seats in upcoming group breaks to the top 3 players each ISO week. Eligibility:

• One active session per person. We may disqualify accounts that appear to be bots, multi-account farming, or otherwise gaming the loop.
• Winners are notified by email at the address provided when claiming a leaderboard slot. We will only contact you about the prize.
• Free-seat prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Cards listed in The Vault are real, graded copies in our possession. Listings show the cert number, condition, and a photographed front and back. Prices are set at sale time.

Returns are accepted only for cards that materially differ from the listing (wrong card, undisclosed damage, broken slab). Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Don't try to abuse the leaderboard, the share-bonus loop, or any other mechanic on the site. Don't submit content (handles, share captions, comments) that's harassing, threatening, illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may freeze, blank, or remove any account that violates these rules.
