How your cards get from the show to your door.
How we pack
Every card ships in a sleeve, a top loader, and a rigid mailer or bubble mailer with kickback. Slabbed cards get extra cushion. Photos of the packed parcel are taken before it ships, so you have proof of condition at handoff.

Turnaround
- Live break orders: ship within 2 business days after the break wraps. Most go out next-day.
- Vault orders: ship within 1 business day of payment.
- Free Rip prizes (free seats): the prize is a slot in the next group break — no shipping until that break runs.
Methods & cost
- Standard (US): USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Flat rate per order at checkout.
- Insured / Express: available for high-value orders ($250+). We may require it on slabs over $500.
- International: case-by-case. Reach out before ordering and we'll quote.
What if it shows up busted?
Photograph the package and the card before opening it any further. Email us within 7 days of delivery with the photos. If it's our packing fault, we'll repack and reship or refund (your choice). If the carrier dinged it, we'll file the insurance claim on your behalf.
Address & address changes
Use the address you want it delivered to at checkout. Once a label is printed, address changes go through the carrier (and often cost extra) — get in touch quickly if you spot a typo.
